Questions and Answers on How Does It Work?
We bring the equipment out set it up for you and when the evening sky is dark enough we press play and you get to enjoy the movie of your choice.
Many ask do I have to have a movie license? The answer is yes and no. We can walk you through that process very easily when you contact us.
Do we need anything special like electrical outlets? The answer is most of the time no. When we tell you your system is complete we mean just that. Many times we use our own power because we need to make sure it is right for our equipment.
Does your staffing have to stay? The answer is yes but they can be out of eye sight if need be. We want to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Many times people can have accidental stuff happen and it's best to have an attendant present to make sure everything is correctly done.
Do you provide Insurance? We are fully licensed and insured to do what we do. Not only for our screens but for our food services as well. We provide written proof of any information requested.
When is your next event? We do about 120 events a year and we post all of our local public events on our Social Media Pages. These are the names of those pages. The Starlight Movie Project on Facebook, Moonlight Drive-In Cinema on Facebook, and Delano Starlight Movie Project. Check these out for when and where our next public event will be held.
Why don't you list a schedule? The simple answer is licensing. If we list it then it has to be paid for. Licensing can be very expensive so this has been the best process for us.
